In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, ensuring we find the best talent to support our healthcare services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.,Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
