You will be using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and QuickBooks to manage and track project progress, as well as to analyze and report on cost performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the program and cost management processes for our projects in Bali
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Use industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and QuickBooks to manage and track project progress
• Analyze and report on cost performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Monitor and manage project budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program and cost management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in program and cost management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and QuickBooks
