📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment.,Monitoring and maintaining the performance of IT infrastructure.,Assisting with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.,Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Providing training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Maintaining and updating IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
