Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems and services using modern technologies and best practices.,Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and support.,Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.,Optimize backend performance, reliability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.,Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline the development process.,Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve our products.,Document technical designs, architectures, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong background in designing and developing scalable and efficient backend systems.,Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.,Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or other relevant frameworks and tools.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.,Familiarity with databases and data storage technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and caching solutions.,Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
