📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee banquet operations, including staff scheduling and coordination.,Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction during events.,Create and implement banquet menus, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.,Manage banquet budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.,Train and mentor banquet staff to maintain high standards of service.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Handle banquet inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of banquet protocols, safety regulations, and industry standards.,Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
