📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.,Ensure the office is well-maintained and meets health and safety standards.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, cleaning, and maintenance services.,Handle office administration tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.,Assist in organizing and managing office events, meetings, and activities.,Supervise and train junior GA staff to ensure high standards of work.,Handle employee complaints and resolve issues related to the office environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or hospitality setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing office operations efficiently.
