📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities,Negotiate and close sales deals with clients,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs,Train and mentor junior sales representatives,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
