Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain advanced lithography equipment, including photolithography tools such as steppers and scanners.
• Ensure the cleanliness and calibration of lithography equipment to maintain high precision and accuracy.
• Monitor and optimize lithography processes to improve yield and reduce defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of lithography tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document all activities and maintain detailed records for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lithography or semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Familiarity with advanced lithography tools and technologies, including photolithography systems.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and environmental control systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
