As a Logistics / Procurement Specialist at Offshore Business Processing, you'll be responsible for managing our end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products. You'll work closely with our suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure that they meet our quality and service standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as JDA, Manhattan Associates, or similar.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
