📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop sales training programs that align with company goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to sales teams, providing clear and practical guidance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.,Create and distribute training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in sales skills and knowledge.,Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
