In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure all events are executed according to the client's specifications and within the agreed timelines.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated funds.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to event planning.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred.
