Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights for business decision making.,Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and forecasting.,Collaborate with IT teams to understand system capabilities and limitations, and to identify opportunities for process improvement.,Design and implement IT solutions that support financial processes and improve overall efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and financial processes, identifying areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both IT and finance, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, with a strong background in both IT and finance.,Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.,Experience with IT systems and technologies, including ERP, CRM, and data warehousing solutions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Certifications in business analysis, finance, or IT are a plus.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.,Previous experience working in a multinational or international company is a plus.
