📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough credit evaluations for loan applications, assessing the creditworthiness of applicants.,Manage and monitor credit portfolios, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing risk.,Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.,Collaborate with internal teams to support the approval and disbursement of loans.,Analyze credit data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights for strategic decision-making.,Conduct regular reviews of credit policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in credit evaluation and management.,Ensure all credit activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in credit evaluation and credit management.,Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices.,Proven experience in managing credit portfolios and ensuring timely repayments.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry standards.
