📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation in various formats,Review and edit technical documents to ensure quality and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical materials,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
