📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the development of new training initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
