CV Optima Mitra is looking for a Deputy Instructor to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the main instructor in delivering training programs and ensuring the smooth operation of our training sessions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the training and development field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main instructor in planning and organizing training programs.,Conduct training sessions and deliver training materials to participants.,Monitor participant progress and provide feedback.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress.,Provide administrative support to the training department.,Ensure the smooth operation of training sessions and the availability of necessary resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new instructors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the training and development field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in using training management software is a plus.,Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
