YIELD Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to address any issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure the fleet meets all standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Train and mentor new fleet coordinators and drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
