As a Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.,Supervise and mentor junior lab technicians, providing guidance and training.,Perform and interpret various laboratory tests, including but not limited to, blood tests, urine tests, and microbiology tests.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Document and record all test results and laboratory activities in a timely and accurate manner.,Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate patient results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification in laboratory techniques and safety protocols, such as CLIA, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, instruments, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
