📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire procurement process, from vendor selection to order fulfillment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
