📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
