📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate emergency vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely transportation of patients to and from medical facilities.
• Provide first aid and basic emergency care to patients during transport, when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and medical staff to ensure smooth and coordinated emergency response.
• Navigate through Bali's roads and traffic, prioritizing the safety of patients and other road users.
• Maintain and service emergency vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe operation.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations, including proper use of emergency equipment and adherence to traffic laws.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during transport.
• Work collaboratively with the emergency medical team to provide seamless and efficient patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an emergency ambulance driver or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with advanced emergency vehicles and equipment, such as defibrillators, oxygen tanks, and medical monitors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong navigational skills and knowledge of Bali's roads and traffic patterns.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• First aid certification or equivalent experience.
