In this role, you will be responsible for mixing and serving a wide variety of cocktails and beverages, ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your daily tasks will include stocking and maintaining our extensive bar inventory, assisting with event setup, and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mix and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages to meet guest preferences and enhance dining experiences.
• Maintain and stock the bar inventory, ensuring all supplies are well-organized and readily available.
• Assist in event setup and execution, contributing to special occasions and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and well-attended.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and dining staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training and development.
• Adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to mix and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol types, mixing techniques, and garnishing.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Valid ID and the legal right to work in Indonesia.
