HRIS User Representative Intern

Are you a tech-savvy student or recent graduate with a passion for Human Resources and data systems? Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, a leading multi-finance company in Indonesia, is looking for a dynamic HRIS User Representative Intern to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. As part of our HRIS team, you'll be the bridge between HR processes and our cutting-edge HR Information System (HRIS).

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HRIS implementation, data management, and process optimization. You'll work closely with HR professionals and IT teams to ensure our HRIS is used effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you'll be responsible for training end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and providing support for HR processes. You'll also have the chance to contribute to the development of HRIS best practices and procedures, while gaining valuable insights into the multi-finance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Train and support end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of HRIS modules
• Provide reports and analytics on HRIS data to support HR decision-making
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Participate in HRIS improvement initiatives and projects
• Document HRIS processes and user guides
• Assist in the development of HRIS training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and HR processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Indonesian language skills are a plus
