As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and other consumer product stores to promote our products, understand customer needs, and negotiate deals. You will work closely with our sales team and marketing department to ensure our products are well-represented in the market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, supermarkets, and other consumer product stores in Pekanbaru and surrounding areas.
• Visit assigned clients regularly to promote our products and understand their needs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Assist in the organization and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product representation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with sales tools and software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
