📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple channels.
• Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance sales performance.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using sales management software such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools.
• Certification in retail sales management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
