As the head of the Finance, Accounting & Tax Division, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's financial processes, including accounting, tax, and financial reporting. • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of finance, accounting, and tax professionals.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to drive the company's financial performance and growth.
• Manage and optimize the company's financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, and manage tax planning and compliance activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing strategic insights to support the company's decision-making process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and implement appropriate measures to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing finance, accounting, and tax teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS, as well as tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in advanced accounting, tax, or financial management are a plus.
