📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of researchers and agronomists in developing and implementing agronomy and plant health research projects.
• Conduct and oversee research in crop productivity, disease resistance, and environmental sustainability.
• Utilize GIS mapping, drone technology, and soil analysis software to drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to agronomy and plant health.
• Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agronomy research and plant health management.
• Proven track record of leading and managing research projects in the agribusiness sector.
• Strong understanding of GIS mapping, drone technology, and soil analysis software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
