📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Drive the sales of HVAC chiller systems and data centre cooling solutions
- Manage the field sales team and ensure they meet their targets
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and analysis
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide technical support to clients and ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve our products
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and products
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in chiller and data centre cooling solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
