📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing and logistics plans.
Support the team in data analysis and reporting using SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Monitor inventory levels and order stock replenishments as needed.
Participate in process improvements and quality control initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations.
Learn and apply best practices in manufacturing and logistics management.
Contribute to team meetings and project discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
