📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and negotiate with local suppliers for fresh produce, dairy, meat, and perishables.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules and maintain supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality standards to ensure compliance with LOTTE Mart's requirements.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with store managers to address customer feedback and improve product offerings.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for data management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or buying, preferably in the fresh food industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local market trends and supplier networks in Riau.
