• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and guidance
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data
• Implement and manage ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Drive innovation through Microsoft 365 solutions, enhancing productivity and collaboration
• Monitor and optimize IT performance, ensuring system reliability and efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT teams and driving digital transformation
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar industry-recognized qualifications are a plus
• Strong understanding of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
