Erajaya is seeking a Pre-Delivery Inspector Supervisor to oversee the quality inspection process of XPeng Electric Vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the quality inspection process of XPeng Electric Vehicles.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Pre-Delivery Inspectors.
  • Ensure that all vehicles meet the highest quality standards before delivery.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality control protocols and regulations.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to the production team to improve product quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the quality inspection process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive quality control, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
