📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and recruit Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for travel assignments.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and match them with suitable candidates.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and placement history using our proprietary recruitment software.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare staffing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare staffing industry.
• Certification as a Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or similar is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and requirements for CNAs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
